Our goal is for you to fall in love with our products, but we understand sometimes things just don’t work out as expected.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, if for any reason you are not then you can initiate a return or exchange up to 90 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a refund, please return the product, new or used.

When returning a product, we have a flat handling fee of $5.00 per order. Once we receive your return, we will refund to the original payment method, less the original shipping fees which are non-refundable. In case the original payment method is not available, we will proceed to issue store credit.

If you need to Exchange any product, we will do it for free. If you are exchanging for a higher-priced product, you only need to cover the remaining balance. If you are exchanging for a lower-priced product, you will be refunded to your original form of payment or store credit if the original payment method is not available anymore.


Where is my order number?
Your order number is included in your order confirmation email (Halabo Order Confirmation). If you are unable to find your number, please contact us.

Can you cancel or edit my order for me?
Once the order is placed, we are unable to cancel or make edits. If you forgot to apply a discount code on your order, please contact us.

How long does it take to process the refund?
Please allow 5-7 business days to process your refund. If you are a Halabo subscriber, initiating a return does not mean you are no longer subscribed from future orders. You can manage your subscription in the account portal.

What if my package was damaged upon arrival?
If you believe your package was damaged during shipping, you must reach out within five days of delivery, and we will collaborate with you to resolve the issue quickly. You will need your order number and the item(s) that is damaged, incorrect or missing. We will ask for you to send pictures when you contact us.

International Returns and Exchanges
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please include your order number. International customers must return their orders using this method. Please mail all returns to:
